We also spent a lot of the day waiting for the screens so we spent some time beforehand constructing our printed Priority Pack booklets. These have also come out looking great. We have staple bound the booklets, as we thought that this would be the most realistic method for the high number produced. After binding and trimming the books we also applied the vinyl which we had cut down in the digital print room. We used vinyl instead of printing directly because we wanted the colours to really stand out. This has worked out very well, however the booklets cover letters are much larger than we had originally intended due to the vinyl cutters limitations.
