WPP// Priority Pack

Today we started on designing the Priority Pack. This is a series of booklets filled with information about the four key areas that our campaign focuses on. Government, Politics, Business and You. When users pledge to help with these areas online they will receive these booklets to help them. We have split the design of these up so cover ground quickly here so I have taken Government and Business and Simon is working on Politics and You.

These are some of the icons I have been working on to go in the booklets. The first two rows are for my books and the last four icons are to help Simon out as he wanted quite a few for his 'You' book.

I have kept the layout very simple with titles colour co-ordinated with the Icons for the booklet that they represent. The Government book is represented by this double page spread about writing to local government representatives to convince them to lobby for policy change.

As you can see the text in these booklets is mostly placeholder for now. If we had a full year to complete this brief it would be great to design and write the whole book but for now we need to put together and pitch this idea.

The 'Business' book is similar, with my core interpretation of the sort of information that would be useful to know, with charts and diagrams to explain the arguments being made. Again the aim here is to present and sell the book as an idea rather than a working piece of information. For now it will remain as such.

Another little diagram to possibly go in the politics book.
