PROPAGATION HOUSE// Website Maps. Old and New.

 These are the website maps from the existing Propagation House website and the new one which I will start to build today. Above you can see Marks site as it is at the moment, you can have a look for yourself here;

From the map you can see that it is overly complicated. With way to many pages and sub pages, some only contain one or two sentences. My plan is the condense all of this information into a much more clear format, and to be able access all of that information spread over 16 pages down to just 6 in total. I will also make sure that the website follows a decent layout and grid so that users dont get lost on a sea of bold text or a badly formatted list/ table.

My plan puts loads of the most important information onto the front page, which will contain a smoothcroll feature so users can navigate this single page with ease. There will then be four 'Facilities' pages for information about the Control Rooms, live rooms, equipment and accommodation, all of which do actually need their own page. The final page on the website will be the Mobile Recording and P.A Hire page which will condense what used to be four pages down into one without loosing any informations and adding functionality.
