Here are two more science based books, one about the exploration of the microscopic and the massive 'super vision' and one about deep sea exploration, an endeavour with many of the same challenges as space exploration 'the deep'. One thing that I particularly like about the Super Vision book is its contents page, lining everything up in order as seen below. The only issue with it is that is is a folding page and has inevitably been damaged, showing that although it looks like a great idea, in use it is impractical.
One think noted in both these books, and something that I believe makes both of them so interesting is that the majority of the content is devoted to images. This style if visual information books relies on human interest in a subject that they have some working knowledge of and want to find out more.
